Corporate Access has received a great deal of media coverage for nearly two years. In its Policy Statement published last May, FCA ended the suspense by setting the final rules governing the use of dealing commissions, effective June 2, 2014. Though the new rules were primarily aimed at UK Investors, they have resulted in a lot of head-scratching in other countries and certain non-UK investors have already altered their practices, especially those with branch office in London.
